Shipping and Pickup
Shipping
- All items are handmade after your order is placed so please allow 10 - 12 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to be ship. All orders will be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
- Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the mail carrier, as the order is now in their possession.
- If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your carriers local office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue.
- If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send me an email and I will do anything I can to make it right for you.
Items for Pickup
- Once your item is ready, I will contact you and we can set up a time to meet for pickup.
- Please make sure to include a good phone number and email address where I can contact you!
