Shipping and Pickup

  • All items are handmade after your order is placed so please allow 10 - 12 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to be ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. 
  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at,or (800)275-8777.
  • If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
  • All items are made to order and will vary in bleach pattern. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send me an email and I will do anything I can to make it right for you.
